The Pew Research Center ran English-language pages from Common Crawl through the Pangram detector: 10% of the overall sample, 35% of pages published after November 2022. The gap between domains is stark, roughly 10% for .com against 1% for .edu and .gov and 4.6% for .org. The authors note that a detector can misclassify any single page, but consider the trend reliable at this scale.
