Google
Google Discover can now be tuned by describing what you want to read
๐ง Discovery
Instead of putting up with whatever articles you are shown, you write down what interests you and the phone remembers.
๐ฐ Essential
In the coming days Google is rolling out an option to describe, in a few words, what you want to see in your Discover feed. The AI adjusts the feed and remembers the preference for future visits.
๐ฌ Expert
Discover has so far relied on implicit signals, searches and visited sites, that users can only steer indirectly. A natural-language instruction adds an explicit, persistent preference, in line with the preferred-sources controls Google is rolling out at the same time. How widely it ships and what it does to publisher traffic remain open questions.
